Brilliant in its concept, it's a "must have" for doing inserts.

I've installed several hundred inserts and have used every method - the double nut on an M5 screw, as well as a widened screwdriver bit to mimic the Binding Freedom tool.

This one beats them all.

Just remember to wipe off any over spill epoxy from the threads after each insert (same as you would with the double nut on a screw method).

After you've finished, separate the thumb wheel from the screw, wipe everything down and let any residue epoxy cure before. Spin the thumb wheel on the screw and store it for your next insert job!
