Simply put, SlideWright LLC does not share your information with anyone or any entity. We will not send solicitous e-mail or call you without your permission via support requests or Newsletter sign-up. The Newsletter usually includes current deals, coupon codes, new products, news, tips and updates.
Your secure customer payment information is not stored after a transaction. You can rest assured that this information is safe.
Pricing, Ordering & Back orders
SlideWright LLC reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, adjust discounts, remove or edit content, or cancel your order and refund your full purchase amount at our sole discretion.
Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the pages. SlideWright LLC is not responsible for any errors appearing in our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by SlideWright LLC.
Adjustments: We will always contact you regarding any unexpected delays, back orders, or differences in pricing. Adjustments to pricing and shipping rates can be completed on your order even after the order has already been processed.
Payment: Our online catalog prices are in U.S. currency. Our Secure Online Order Processing accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express, Paypal, Paypal Express & Google Checkout.
Sales Tax: If your order is shipped to a Colorado address a 2.9% sales tax will be charged. There is no tax implied on service, shipping, or products delivered outside of Colorado (except for Jigarex orders in CA).
Back orders: Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. Some items can be purchased as back ordered items and your order will ship when we receive the back ordered item(s) from our supplier. If an inventory error occurs showing an item not in stock which causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, SlideWright LLC will pay postage on all shipments after the first one. We will contact you in the event of back orders in the event you can wait for all the items to be shipped in one shipment.
Please be sure to include accurate contact information in your order (including telephone number), so we can contact you if the need arises relative to your order.
Manufacturer’s Warranties are covered by a specific manufacturers warranty. For an item to be covered by the manufacturer, the item must be defective and these defects must be a result of normal use or manufacturing. Damage from accidents, misuse, poor installation, hucking cliffs, and racing are not covered under manufacturers warranties. Make sure to keep a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase. Shipping in both directions are not covered under any warranty.
Contact us if you have any product issues so we can help process them efficiently as possible. Typically, the cause of the defect or damage will be assessed prior to any refund or exchange.
Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations
SlideWright LLC guarantees satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another item, credit your client account or receive a refund. Please contact us via e-mail prior to sending back any items and include your order number.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive a full refund or customer account credit. Just remember to please contact us as quickly as possible so the item does not ship prior to cancellation.
All returns for refund, replacement, or exchange may be returned for full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked! A 15% restocking fee may be applied for returned items unless we are at fault for shipping you the wrong items(s).
Any items returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Any orders older than 60 days cannot be returned. All returns must be shipped via insured UPS, FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Allow for one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
Out of Stock Notifications
When an item is Out of Stock, you have the option to be notified when an item is back in stock. Our system does not provide us with any information as to who signed up and how many times for an item notification. We can offer you alternatives or information regarding the ETA of an item or if there are delays or unavailability only if you contact us directly and ask about any particular item or items.
