Puck PC Ceramic disc with Norton Blaze® sheet mounted on an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate backer is perfect for sanding down plastic sidewall and removing rock damage from edges. Norton Blaze® is a self-sharpening ceramic alumina (Seeded Gel–SG)  grain that cuts faster and lasts longer (up to 200%) than standard abrasives. The supersize layer and strong backing provides aggressive cutting action, maximum performance and advanced cooling. Puck PC is snap-fit into ORB or RING tools and infinitely rotated to use the entire abrasive surface, or may be hand-held or quickly fastened to any file guide using a spring clamp. Exactly the full diameter of the abrasive surface contacts the ski or snowboard edge when Puck PC is aligned with the + symbols on any Tools4Boards Switch side edge guide for optimal cutting and polishing efficiency. Puck PC is far easier to use than typical rectangular diamond stones as there is no need to angle the stone relative to the length of the edge, now even novice tuners are able to consistently achieve perfectly sharp and smooth edges.

Great for establishing edge geometry and sharpness, typically used as a second disc after removing case hardening from edges caused by hitting rocks or grinding machines with Puck PC Ceramic or Puck PC Diamond 100 grit coarse. Puck PC Vallorbe Swiss® file may be snap-fit into ORB or RING tools and infinitely rotated to adjust angle of file teeth for optimized cutting efficiency. Now even novice tuners are able to consistently achieve perfectly sharp edges.

Puck PC KGS Swiss Diamond® 400 grit medium is the perfect all-round maintenance and polishing stone for sharp, smooth edges. Typically used as the third stone in progression from x-coarse to x-fine grit. Premium Swiss-made diamond sheet mounted on an exceptionally flat injection-molded polycarbonate backer. Puck PC may be snap-fit into ORB or RING tools and infinitely rotated to use the entire diamond surface, or may be hand-held or quickly fastened to any file guide using a spring clamp.
