Silicon Carbide sandpaper is useful for general shop sanding tasks, base repair clean ups and base structuring as it cuts ski & snowboard bases cleanly.

Follow with a steel scraper or SkiVisions steel Planer blade, clean and prep wax.

  • 60 grit is aggressive for wet & staturated snows to break the water suction.
  • 150 grit for moderate snow temperatures, top sheet & binding mount clean up
  • 220 grit for cold snow temperatures, top sheet & binding mount clean up

These sheets are easy to remove wax and plastic clogging and reuse by cleaning with a wax reomover and brass brush.
