A sharp plexi scraper makes wax scraping and brushing tasks go faster and to provide a more effective glide. By adding a 4" panzer file (SVST Panzer/Curved Tooth 100mm/4in File) to the T4B Xact edge tool set to 0°, this combo provides any shop with a versatile option for scraper sharpening, side wall cutting and edge tuning.

Because sharpening the long edges of a scraper, you get (4) sharp corners forwax scraping. By marking each each corner (on scraper sides) with a number or letter (ie, 1,2 3 and 4...A, B, C and D), you can keep track of the edges that have been used and becoming dull.

For side wall cutting, set the angle to 5 or 6° and cut side wall just into the edge. Follow with coarse file, sandpaper and fiber pad for smoother finish
