Customer Satisfaction
Our primary policy is to provide prompt, thorough and accurate service and support so you are completely satisfied.
If you are not satisfied with your order or a mistake was made while ordering, send it back for a full refund.

SlideWright ships globally. We use a price based shipping method that is estimated in the shopping cart. Spreading shipping cost is more cost effective per item, the more items purchased. Consider adding items to an order to add to your overall savings.
The United States Postal Service, FedEx and UPS are our primary shippers within the US and USPS Global Priority for outside the USA. For most orders, USPS Priority mail is the most efficient and cost effective method. With USPS, orders tend to arrive within the continental United States in two to three days, including Saturdays after they are shipped. Orders usually ship the same day if it is placed before Noon, MTS. Otherwise the next business day or most Saturdays for USPS. Some items may ship from one of our suppliers or drop shippers and will ship per their shipper.
Use our Client Account, Order Status or Tracking systems (see top right of page header) to keep track of your shipment.
If liquids or epoxies are included, the orders will ship USPS Parcel Select, Fed Ex or UPS Ground in the USA only, and usually arrives within 6 business days.
For International Orders
As noted above, SlideWright ships globally via USPS Global Priority Or Express Mail International. All liquids, including and not limited to waxes, cleaners and epoxies ship ground in the US only. Epoxy packets excepted. Customs forms will be filled out as Merchandise and actual purchase amounts less discounts and from their originating countries.
Please order via the Cart which will add shipping charges and options. Each order is reviewed and we will reimburse or request additional payment for excessive shipping charges. We use the weight based USPS International Postage Calculator for our rates plus $2 for Shipping & Handling.
The best International value (without tracking, however) for small items is using the Small Flat Rate boxes (5-3/8” x 8-5/8” x 1-5/8”) or Flat Rate Envelope(12.5" x 9.5") that cost $15 the same up to 4 lbs. The next best International value for larger items is using the Medium Flat Rate boxes that cost the same up to 20 lbs. We will do our best to maximise Flat Rate shipments to reduce costs, including repackaging when practical.

Simply put, SlideWright LLC does not share your information with anyone or any entity. We will not send solicitous e-mail or call you without your permission via support requests or Newsletter sign-up. The Newsletter usually includes current deals, coupon codes, new products, news, tips and updates.
Your secure customer payment information is not stored after a transaction. You can rest assured that this information is safe.

Pricing, Ordering & Back orders
SlideWright.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel your order and refund your full purchase amount at their sole discretion.
Availability: All products are subject to availability and prior sale. Prices on our website are in effect until they are removed from the pages. SlideWright LLC is not responsible for any errors appearing in our website. All orders are subject to acceptance by SlideWright LLC.
Adjustments: We will always contact you regarding any unexpected delays, back orders, or differences in pricing. Adjustments to pricing and shipping rates can be completed on your order even after the order has already been processed.
Payment: Our online catalog prices are in U.S. currency. Our Secure Online Order Processing accepts Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express, Paypal, Paypal Express & Google Checkout.
Sales Tax: If your order is shipped to a Colorado address a 2.9% sales tax will be charged. There is no tax implied on service, shipping, or products delivered outside of Colorado.
Back orders: Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. If this causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, SlideWright LLC will pay postage on all shipments after the first one.
Please be sure to include accurate contact information in your order (including telephone number), so we can contact you if the need arises relative to your order.

Warranties
Manufacturer's Warranties are covered by a specific manufacturers warranty. For an item to be covered by the manufacturer, the item must be defective and these defects must be a result of normal use or manufacturing. Damage from accidents, misuse, poor installation, hucking cliffs, and racing are not covered under manufacturers warranties. Make sure to keep a copy of your invoice for proof of purchase. Shipping in both directions are not covered under any warranty.
Contact us if you have any product issues so we can help process them efficiently as possible. Typically, the cause of the defect or damage will be assessed prior to any refund or exchange.

Returns, Exchanges and Order Cancellations
SlideWright LLC guarantees satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may exchange it for another item or receive a refund. Please contact us via e-mail prior to sending back any items and include your order number.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive a full refund. Just remember to please contact us as quickly as possible so the item does not ship prior to cancellation.
All returns for refund, replacement, or exchange may be returned within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked! A 15% restocking fee may be applied for returned items unless we are at fault for shipping you the wrong items(s).
Any items returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Any orders older than 60 days cannot be returned. All returns must be shipped via insured FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service. Allow for one full billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

Out of Stock Notifications
When an item is Out of Stock, you have the option to be notified when an item is back in stock. Our system does not provide us with any information as to who signed up and how many times for an item notification. We can offer you alternatives or information regarding the ETA of an item or if there are delays or unavailability only if you contact us directly and ask about any particular item or items.

Client Accounts, Wish Lists & Loyalty Points
A Client Account is not required to make secure purchases at SlideWright.com. By signing up for a secure Client Account you do have the option to fill your cart, create wish lists, track order histories and sign up for promotions and the newsletter.
Additionally, another very useful feature of Client Accounts, is that often customers ask for recommendations for products and alternatives. By signing up for an account and notifying us about questions, we can also access your Cart and Wish Lists to expedite the process of helping you make the right choices for your needs and budget.
Loyalty Points: As a way to thank our customers, our new Loyalty Points program (aka Rewards Program) allows Clients with accounts to accrue Loyalty Points from purchases. The more you buy, the more points accrued. The points are assessed at a rate of 5 points(cents) per dollar spent and can be redeemed on any future purchase, only. This is the equivalent of 5% accrued value for purchases than can be applied to future purchases. You must be logged into your account to accrue and redeem the discount equivalent of your Loyalty Points.
